While online booking offers convenience, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience. Therefore, we prefer having a real conversation to discuss your expectations and desired outcomes. Please feel free to call the salon at 980-250-3333 or provide clear details about your hair and desired service during online booking. This way, we can ensure you get the right service from the appropriate stylist, along with accurate pricing and timing. This process only takes a few minutes.

For those of you who are new to Lucid Hair Studio and wish to schedule a CUSTOM COLOR service, we highly encourage you to contact us directly. This allows us to accommodate you at the best time possible. Pricing for services like Custom Color, Bleach & Tones, Corrective Color, Creative Color, Keratin Treatments, and Extensions may vary due to their complex and unpredictable nature. Remember, consultations with us are always complimentary and can be booked online or by calling our front desk.

Please be aware that if your last haircut appointment was over 12 months ago, and your last color appointment was more than 18 months ago, you will be considered a NEW client.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

To ensure smooth scheduling and uphold the financial stability of our stylists, we kindly request that all appointments be reserved with a credit/debit card due to our cancellation policy. Our stylists earn their income from clients, not hourly, so any changes or cancellations to appointments can lead to a significant financial impact on their family budget.

For the benefit of our stylists and the proper management of our schedule, we ask that any modifications or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the booked service cost. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy.

We accept various payment methods, including cash, cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
